chewiees new look

chewiees haircut!, i taped on some glass eyes to the underskull for these photos of chewiee, he still needs some hairs around the eyes and top of his nose tho.

 i trimmed alot of the brown hair from the sides and top

i also added more blond hair to even out and match the wookiee suit.

alot of daves hair punching came off, so i had to replace alot of hair around the mouth and i redone chewiees mustache, i added more gray and trimmed out a clean look.

i tucked in the chin hairs and hopefully it will stay.

did a little trimming before i removed the face and when i put the face back on, this is what chewbaccas head was looking like after i redid the underskull. not a good look!

this is what chewbacca was looking like with the long hair, most of the mustache and chin hairs fell out.

i kept some brown hair for touching up around his eyes.

SW news and return to gray

reworking on the underskull, i had to add more grey hair on chewiees head today, or should i say, all night! but, it wasnt bad! caught up on some SW news worthy of sharing. Old schoolers are back and putting the gray hair on does'nt feel old or bad at all.

almost that time again.

but yea, this is the progress of the new gray, i have removed most the brown and stayed with the gray. the way it's suppose to be.

i latched hook all the back of the head.

i latched hooked the hairs closer together but thinner strands.

i glued the hairs on forehead of the underskull to give a light layer. and it's ready to reattach the face.
